New Customers

1. Go to Sky Sport Now on the web. This cannot be completed via Apple.

2. Click ‘Sign Up’ at the top right of the page.

3. Select ‘Buy Now’ on the pass that is applicable to your promo code – (Month or Annual)

4. In the ‘Order Summary’ box, add your promo code and click ‘Apply’

5. Once this code has been applied, select one of the payment options in the left box to

continue your account creation with your promo code applied.

6. Follow the remaining account creation steps.

7. Start watching on your favourite streaming device!

Existing Customers

1. Go to Sky Sport Now on the web. This cannot be completed via Apple.

2. Click ‘Sign In’ at the top right of the page.

3. Login to your account

4. Go to My Account > Subscriptions

5. If you do not have an existing subscription, select ‘Buy Now’ on the pass that your

promo code is applicable to > add the promo code > complete the purchase with

your promo code applied.

6. If you have an existing subscription and your promo code is applicable to that pass,

select the ‘Apply a Promo Code’ option in the box of the Pass and enter your promo

code.

7. If your promo code is applicable to a different Pass, select ‘Buy Now’ on that pass >

apply your promo code and complete the purchase of that pass.

8. You promo code discount will apply either immediately or at the beginning of your

next billing date.

FAQs:

I’m an existing customer getting billed through Apple and I can’t see the option to add a code?

Customers who have previously signed up to Sky Sports with their Apple account are not able to redeem promo codes. In order to redeem a Promo code you will need to cancel your

subscription through Apple by following the detailed steps provided here.

Once you have cancelled your Sky Sports Now subscription through Apple, you will need to let your current pass with Apple expire. Once your Apple Pass has expired you can sign into

your account via the Website and purchase a fresh subscription that you can apply your promo code to.

I’ve already got a promotion applied to my subscription, can I apply another one?

We only allow 1 promotion to be applied to an account at a time. You will need to wait until your current promotion expires before you add a new promotion code. If you want to apply

your code right away you can cancel your existing plan and purchase a new pass with your promo code applied.

Terms & Conditions

1. Vouchers must be redeemed by the expiry date provided with the voucher.

2. To subscribe to Sky Sport Now you need to be located in New Zealand and be 18 years of age or older.

3. Once your voucher period ends, if your chosen pass is a recurring pass, it will automatically renew and you will be charged the then current price until your plan is cancelled by you. Day Passes will not automatically renew.

4. You may cancel your pass at any time by cancelling on the Sky Sport Now website. If you cancel your plan during the voucher period, your plan will end on your next bill date. You will continue to have access to Sky Sport Now until this date.

5. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded or re-sold. There are no refunds for lost, stolen or damaged vouchers.

6. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with another.

7. If you don’t activate your Sky Sport Now pass by the voucher expiry date, the voucher will be forfeited.

8. The voucher does not include access to Pay Per View Events which incur an additional charge.
