1. What is the Sky Sport Now + Neon Bundle? 

The Sky Sport Now ‘Bundle Pass’ gives you ongoing access to Sky Sport Now and Neon Standard for $64.99 per month. 
Enjoy 12 Sky Sport and ESPN channels through Sky Sport Now, plus unlimited access to Neon’s movies and TV series. 

2. How does it work? 

  • Purchase the Bundle Pass via the Sky Sport Now website. 

  • Within 12 hours you’ll receive a voucher code for ongoing 100% off Neon Standard, sent to the email linked to your Sky Sport Now account. 

  • Redeem this voucher on the Neon website to apply it to your Neon account. You can do this when signing up as a new Neon user or as an existing Standard Plan user.

  • Your Neon access stays active as long as your Bundle Pass is active. 

  • If you cancel your Bundle Pass, your Neon access will end at the same time as your Sky Sport Now access. 

3. How do I redeem the Neon voucher once I receive it? 

  • The voucher can only be redeemed on the Neon website. 

  • New Neon users can redeem it during sign-up. 

  • Existing Standard Neon subscribers can redeem it under My Account > Plan & Payment

4. Who can use the Neon voucher? 

Sky Sport Now customers can purchase the Bundle Pass to receive a Neon voucher. To redeem the Neon voucher, the user must be a: 

  • New or returning Neon customer. 

  • Existing Standard Neon subscriber. 

  • Existing Neon Basic Subscriber after cancelling and finishing their subscription. Please note that if your Bundle Pass overlaps with any remaining time on your Basic subscription, no credits or refunds will be given. 

  • Existing Neon Annual Plan subscribers are not eligible to redeem the bundle voucher. 

5. How do I move to the Bundle if I’m currently on a Neon Basic Plan? 

  • Existing Neon Basic users must cancel their current Basic subscription and wait until the Basic subscription has expired. 

  • Once you cancel, check your Neon My Account page to find out when your Basic plan will finish. 

  • Once your Basic subscription has finished you can resign up to Neon with a Standard Plan and ensure the voucher code is applied in the purchase journey. Please note that if your Bundle Pass overlaps with any remaining time on your current Basic subscription, no credits or refunds will be given.

6. I purchased the Bundle Pass but I haven’t received my Neon voucher yet, when will I receive it? 

  • It can take up to 12 hours for your Neon voucher to arrive in your inbox.  

  • If you have not received your voucher after this time, then please contact Neon support at help@neontv.co.nz 

7. How do I cancel my Bundle Pass? 

You can cancel your Bundle Pass anytime via the Sky Sport Now website. Go to My Account > Subscriptions to manage your account. 

You cannot cancel your Bundle Pass via the Neon Website. This can only be completed in the Sky Sport Now website. 

8. What happens if I cancel my Bundle Pass? 

  • Both your Sky Sport Now and Neon access will end at the end of your current Sky Sport Now billing period. 

  • If you haven’t redeemed your Neon voucher, it will be deactivated at that time. 

9. Do I need to cancel on both Sky Sport Now and Neon? 

No — You only need to cancel the Bundle on the Sky Sport Now website.  

10. Can I cancel the bundle via Neon? 

No. The Bundle Pass can only be cancelled via the Sky Sport Now website 

11. Can I keep Neon if I cancel the bundle? 

Yes! Once your Sky Sport Now & Neon bundle has been cancelled and you’ve finished your subscription, you can purchase a Neon plan, but you’ll need to purchase directly via Neon once your bundle period ends. 

12. What if I already have an active Neon subscription? 

If you’re already on a Neon Standard plan, redeeming the bundle voucher will transfer your billing to Sky Sport Now and you will be charged $64.99 per month via your Sky Sport Now account for your Neon and Sky Sport Now access while your Bundle Pass is active. 
 
Active Neon Basic users will need to cancel, wait for their subscription to finish and then re-signup to Neon Standard with their Bundle Pass voucher code. 

Active Neon Annual Plan subscribers aren’t eligible for the Bundle Pass. 

13. Are there any device requirements? 

Yes — make sure your devices are supported for both Sky Sport Now and Neon. Check each platform’s website for a list of supported devices. 

14. How many devices can I stream on with the Bundle? 

You can stream video on 1 device at a time for Sky Sport Now and 2 devices at a time with Neon Standard. For more information check out:
